Back at the start of this year, I decided to do a 3 part video series all about improving your lifestyle and nutrition habits. It was a great success and since then I have become a tad obsessed with behaviour change through habits.

He's a certified strength and conditioning specialist, has a BA in Philosophy, an MA in Sport Psychology and writes weekly for the 85+ million users of MyFitnessPal. Basically, he knows his stuff when it comes to habits!
