Ru is a 'performance' focused nutritionist, meaning he helps motivated people to be at their best; to look, feel and perform AWESOME, all day every day. He's a former 'fat guy' turned nutritionist and also competed at national level in drug-free bodybuilding.
Jack's training system is the result of years of constant learning, hands on 'in-the-trenches' experience and frequent collaborations with elite level coaches around the world. Jack is a 2X British Natural Strongman Champion and World Natural Strongman Competitor.
